For his entire legal career, Robert has represented people, families, and plaintiffs facing challenges and hardships after a catastrophic injury or loss. Other than tenaciously advocating for his clients, his goal is to communicate and always be available, so that his clients are comfortable and at-ease during their case. It is a point of pride that Robert takes some of the burden from his clients so that they can focus on healing.
Robert has litigated numerous cases involving unique and challenging legal issues with serious injuries.
In 2015, Robert second chaired a Sonoma County trial in which he represented the plaintiff that was a young woman with a fractured spine. The jury returned a $13 million verdict for the young woman.
In 2023, and after seven years of hard-fought litigation, Robert was part of a team that resolved a case in which a mother and daughter were struck by a bus in San Francisco while shopping at Union Square.
Robert lived overseas until he was a teenager. Besides a few years in New Orleans for law school, he grew roots in the Bay Area and never left. He likes to take advantage of everything that the Bay Area has to offer from restaurants to the outdoors; as the son of an avid cyclist, Robert has inherited the passion and enjoys burning energy on rides through scenic Contra Costa County. But as a proud new father, his focus is enjoying time with his young daughter.
