The Shanghai Daily: Cyclist killed by cement truck

A WOMAN cyclist was killed by a cement truck yesterday in Yangpu District.
Witnesses said the truck was turning and hit the bicycle on the right side. But the driver surnamed Fan said the woman, He Min, in her 60s, hit the truck and it was too late to stop. Fan was taken by the police for investigation. At least 21 people have been killed in accidents involving heavy trucks since November last year.
