Another cyclist has lost his life on one of Quebec’s highways.

A 57-year-old man died after being hit by a car Saturday evening near Val-Morin, Que., some 90 kilometres northwest of Montreal.

The accident happened around 8 p.m. on the shoulder of Highway 117.

Quebec provincial police say the driver will be charged with impaired driving causing death.
